Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mini Acres Ranch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
